POST-BAKING MACHINERY

The machine is required to carry stacked & formed rows of biscuits up to packing machines. The conveyor will be provided with guidelines & biscuits will move through rows for easy lifting by packing personnel on both sides of the conveyor table. The conveyor has a separate drive with a suitable geared motor & VFD for speed control. The conveyor is used PU Belt conveyor. This machine is used in the Biscuit Industries as post-baking equipment.

Magnets fitted guidelines for easy movement of the biscuits and making rows within. Naturally cooled biscuits transfer to the packing table vertically by means of a stacker rotor arm. This conveyor is used for turning and transferring to a cooling conveyor. It may be a ‘U-turn’ or a ‘90° turn’. PU conveyor belt generally used, interlock ‘plastic joint’ belt conveyor also can design. Independent drive with geared motor and VFD.

After baking or biscuit require to cool naturally by means of a multitier cooling system. The conveyor belt may be cotton, canvas / PU type. The conveyor is driven by a geared motor with VFD. Installation of the conveyor is in the packing section. The length of the cooling is related to the oven length & speed. For auto-tracking of the conveyor pneumatic system is to be provided.
