
This machine is utilized for continuous production of different variety of hard dough & fermented dough biscuits. It consists of three sets of chilled cast-iron gauge rolls. Cutting web, rotary cutter & Panner web conveyor, as well as a scarp return conveyor, etc. control panel with PLC / Master Controller and VFD Drives, are provided for total synchronization while running. This machine is used in the Biscuit Industries as pre-baking equipment.
Present innovation is a design of a horizontal laminator incorporating the “Cut & Lay” principle. In this design, the dough is fed into the hopper as a pre-sheeter. A pair of rolls form the initial sheet here, it then goes to 1 st & the final gouge rolls carried by the take-off conveyors. The final sheet is transferred into a horizontal conveyor where dough sheets of required lengths are cut. The conveyorized layering tables, one above the other, lays a cut-dough sheet of the required length in a number of layers with a reciprocating motion. The layering table is mounted on a motion guideline. Clamped in between two MS side plates. This ensures minimum friction and vibration-free movement of the reciprocating table & layering of dough sheets. This machine is used in the Biscuit Industries as pre-baking equipment.
Mechanized feeding of mixing Dough in lumps onto the hopper of 2 roll pre sheeter mill of the cut & lay laminator used. Achieved by vertical lifting & tilting of dough storage trolley with the help of the dough feeder unit. Complete with robust structural frame, geared motor & control panel. This machine is the main part of the Biscuit Plant.
This machine is fitted with the rotary molder machine (online) during collection into a small trolley from the mixture. The trolley is suitably placed on the lifting arms of the dough feeder unit. The dough lifter lifts the loaded trolley automatically & discharges the dough lump into the feeding hopper. Dough Cutting mechanism provided. The formation of dough is achieved by a combination of dough sheeting with help of a forcing roller/gauge roller & continuous slitting by multiple circular knives fixed direction of dough sheet movement. Feeding of dough is by reciprocating conveyor across the die roller uniformly. An operating control panel is provided for all drives with a frequency controller. This machine is used in the Biscuit Industries as pre-baking equipment.
The mixing action is achieved by two specially designed blades (Sigma type). Set on parallel shafts mounted with close clearance in a 'W' shaped trough. The rotation of one blade is opposite to that of the other. The bottom of the trough is curved upwards to form a ridge between blades. The design of the blades helps in the homogeneous mixing of ingredients. Dough discharge by motorized tilting mechanism of mixing trough. Mixer lead opens & close pneumatically. Outer cover by S. S. Sheet. Water jacket to be provided with the mixer if required by the buyer. A complete mixer is operating through PLC Unit.
