Applicable for soft dough biscuits such as glucose, coconut, milk bikis, butter bite, etc. Matured dough (Lump / Pellets) is fed into the hopper for conversion into individual biscuits with the help of a forcing roller and the designed die roller with a cavity embedded. A rubberized pressure roller releases biscuits from the cavities by tangential force onto a conveyor which transfers biscuits onto the oven band for baking. A control panel (PLC / VFD) is provided for machine operation. This machine is used in the Biscuit Industries as pre-baking equipment.
